BEEF:
– 1lb ground beef
– 1/2 onion, small diced
– 1 tsp: salt, pepper, cumin, paprika
– parsley

SALÇA (TOMATO BUTTER):
– 4 tbsp butter
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tbsp tomato paste
– red pepper flakes

GARLIC YOGURT:
– 235g greek yogurt
– 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
– salt to taste

METHOD:
1. Bring water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, cook the onion until translucent. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Add salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika and parsley. Stir and cook for a few more minutes.
3. Mix the yogurt with minced garlic and salt.
4. Melt butter in a pan, then add oil, tomato paste and mix well before adding in the red pepper flakes.
5. Mix the cooked pasta with the ground beef mixture. Serve with the garlic yogurt sauce and drizzle with the butter.
