We’ve been on vacation with my in-laws at our place for almost two weeks, and between sledding sessions, let me tell you—we’ve been eating so well 🤭🥹

It all looks amazing! Lucky in-laws! What did they think?

  2. Unfair-Effort3595

I would’ve definitely been getting food outside of your house because wtf is this carb fest?

  3. st1ckofbutter

Note to myself: I can continue to eat mostly unhealthy even if I’m going for the vegan option.

  4. stumblingzen

Looks good! But mostly carbs and not enough protein or veggies.

  5. TheFruitIndustry

Please put down another setting for dinner, I’m coming over.

Everything looks great, but…. where are the greens??

  9. Bread? This is not a great representation of veganism. (Though I applaud your effort!!)

I don’t understand the “so many carbs” comments. Surely, these are just the highlights and you had more variety. The food shown isn’t even enough for, I’m assuming, at least 4 people for two weeks, so you must’ve omitted the “boring” food. It looks like you put in a lot of effort and baked very advanced goods. You are a very good host and went above and beyond!

    Love it! ♥️ Lucky in-laws.
Also thanks for linking your site. I’ve been looking for a good vegan crepe recipe.

People whining about the carbs?? Like?? this isn’t a diet subreddit. Either you’re not vegan and just stirring shit, or you’re the reason vegans have a bad rep.

Food looks amazing, OP! I’m jealous.

Whats with all the carb comments? This is not a low carb group. Carbs are fucking delicious.
