This was nothing short of phenomenal! They perfectly presented what we were informed as Odette classics while collaborating with the team from New Zealand who more than honored their local NZ ingredients they brought to highest level. Perfect pairings with Amisfield’s array of wines was the exclamation point to a 4+ hour experience. Top 3 meal of my very lucky edible life. Cheers to both!
