Hi. I usually make pizzas over at r/pizza— but I made some bread for you all. How’d I do?

Looks great, probably coulda proofed just a smidge longer. 10/10 would eat the whole thing.
Had to creep on your pizzas, sorry. Those things look freaking amazing 🤤 crust on point, toppings on point, sauce ratio on point. Some damn pointy pies.

Bread making and homemade pizza go together for sure….every Friday I make a batch of sourdough that cold ferments until Sunday, then about half becomes a boule for that week’s bread while the rest becomes pizza for dinner. My pizza skills left a lot to be desired at first, but now I prefer mine over any of the local pizza places, and it’s a hell of a lot cheaper too. Your bread and pizzas all look absolutely delicious!

I live near a Tartine and I can tell you this looks exactly like their bread, well done!
