Just got my Anova 3.0 a few weeks ago and after struggling with the ziplocs for a while I decided I needed some help. This machine seems to be the fan favorite around here. Wish me luck.

I’ve been using 1 for years. I get my rolls from Costco if your a member. As others have said I almost aways use the pulse. If there’s any liquid I leave extra length and hang the bag off the countertop. It gives me a little bit more time before the liquid fills the tray. Good luck
