Double portion of Carbe Diem and husband’s homemade veggie bolognese. Next time I think 1.5 portion will suffice. I didn’t realize how much pasta this would be for only 220 calories (not including the sauce). This is a game changer!

  1. I’m interested in it nutritionally, but it’s also like 6 times as expensive as other pasta, so I have trouble justifying it.

    How do you make veggie bolognese and how is it different from marinara?

    The more I learn about cooking the more I realize I grew up around the most unhealthy foods being the only ones you cook.

    Im obsessed with Carbe Diem. It’s at Publix now for 3.99, which really isn’t bad.
