First time cooking a thicker steak on a pan, how’d I do?

Seasoned, wrapped for 24 hours seared high heat cast iron with avocado oil for a few minutes each side. Then transferred to stainless steel on medium temp with butter, cooked for about 10 minutes and rest for 5.
Also trying to eat pretty lean so no side today
