Veggie/fake chick broth pour into bowls with ingredient bellow
In individual bowls:
Tahini 2tbs
PEANUT butter 2tbs
Soy sauce 1/2tbs
Chili oil 1tsp
Miso 1tbs
Vinegare 2tsp
Vegan fish sauce (pinapplle base) 1tsp
Ginger
Garlic
Toppings include mushrooms fried, king oyster pulled "pork", and airfried vegan turkey cutlet with hoison topping, green onions, sesame seeds, carrots and bokchoy, tofu chopped with mushrooms and seasoned w/ fave Asian seasoning

Looks very good. You should try confitted sliced tomatoes for topping and pickled mushrooms. Try to pickle them at home, really good topping for ramen. And keep the ramenizing up, nice work😋
