Your gonna find the community is divided on whether or not this constitutes a sandwich. I for one don’t give a shit, it looks like the best thing I’ve seen in ages and would smash no matter what it’s called. You could call it hitlers-anal-seapage and I’d still smash.

When you say home made pickles I’m assuming red onions right? Right?
Also you’re doing too much. Keep it simple when it comes to tacos. Meat, diced onion, cilantro, squeeze lime, then like maybe one more thing (usually salsa).
Salad and beans are for the plate. You’re making like a Chipotle Taco Bell abomination. Keep it out of the taco.
