Apologies if this post goes against guidelines, but I thought it might be relevant to budget cooking. I recently filmed an episode for Get Cooking, a Norman Van Aken initiative that gives instruction and recipes on how to cook a dinner for 4 people for less than $20. I cooked Chicken & Tasso Gumbo and there are several other chefs who have contributed other recipes. The gumbo episode goes live 3/25. Happy eating.

That is the whitest gumbo I’ve ever seen. I bet it’s delicious as hell though. Are you allowed to share the recipe or a link to the recipe? And when you say the episode goes live on 3/25, where can I watch it?
