How many calories did I binge on in the all you can eat?

    If you ate all of that in one sitting, you’re better off not logging for the day and going back to tracking the next day, You had a good time, don’t stress about it you’ll ruin your fun for the day.

    About the calories.. i wouldn’t really worry about it. You enjoyed your time. just log the next day.

  4. This is one of the cases I’d log something as “binge”, just to keep the logging streak going in the app. It can be 2500 it can be 4000, the number doesn’t matter to me. It’s just a lost day. And then I’d return to tracking normally the next day

    Just let me say that all that food looks good. So much variety for an all you can eat. At least the ones I’ve been to aren’t half as good as that!

    On my usual binge days I eat between 3.9-4.7k. Thats when the food is low quality, sweets, etc.

    You’re “Binging” on a whole bunch of lean meats, seasoned/oily veggies, and good carbs. Every time I “Binge” on those things I clock 2.9k-3.5k. I’m intentionally bulking rn and let me tell you it’s really hard eat in between 2.5k/2.9k in lean meats, veggies, fruits and good carbs.

    Course you got some desert in there but that’s like 10% of your intake. Calorie wise I’d put you on 3.2k, just get back on track next day and you’ll be happy in the long run you could enjoy this without letting if derail you completely.

    Your “Binge” diet here shows just how far you’ve come because a lot of these food sources are good and healthy for you. Truly, if you must obsess over the damage, you migitated ALOT of damage by choosing good foods.

    just let yourself have the day and pick back up tomorrow. don’t sweat it, having days where you don’t track is healthy. you need have time to be human and enjoy yourself along with the time you spend tracking 🙂

    I’m still stuck on the fact that you’re at a buffet where you can choose whatever you want from dozens of things and you went straight for the severed fish heads 😆

    Buy my rough estimate between 4,000 -5,000. I’d probably just put down 4,500.

    Plate 1 – 350
    Plate 2 – 100
    Plate 3 – 600
    Plate 4 – 200
    Plate 5 – 250
    Plate 6 – 250
    Plate 7 – 600
    Plate 8 – 500
    Plate 9 – 500
    Plate 10 – 600
    Plate 11 – 500

    4450. This is a really quick ball park, +/- 500cal.
