    I don’t see many risottos as of recently. They are my favorite to add shrimp as an add on. I don’t think I would with this one as that’s plenty of calories.

    My favorite was one where it used crushed tomato sauce instead of using water (maybe it was a combo of water and tomato sauce, I don’t recall for sure right now). It added a good flavor to it. The recipe didn’t say to but I strained out the crushed tomatoes and added them to the risotto at the end.
