If you have to ask, you already know the answer. “La mas picosa es la mas buena.” The Hotter the Better!

Why you asking us? We can’t taste it, you can.

If you’re not crying, the answer is no

  5. Itll be plenty hot or too hot for most users but i like pico to be fresh and crispy – its a good thing to use storehought slicing tomatoes (low quality/poorly-unripened) because theyve got a good mouthfeel and a mellower flavor, and to that end i need big healthy jalapenos chopped small but not quite diced. The jalapeno is an important flavor and you wont have it, youve got something yummy for sure but id say for those wjo can handle that kucj habanero they might loke a bit more of it to really enjoy it’s flavor, and for those (99%g) who cant, its just gonna be tomato/onion with mega heat

So im saying if youre asking advice, this isnt really pico and needs at minimum a jalapeno substitute and ideally different tomatoes, and even then very few people can eat it.

Oth If youre have habanero level tolerance why not lean on them and just call it habanero salsa? Theyr pretty subtle, maybe up the ratio and add just a dash of mango/orange/etc to bring it out, fresh or juiced
