I’ve been doing this for almost a year now. It’s frozen fruit from the grocery store packed in these containers. I pulled one out the night before, and mix in two Greek yoghurts in the morning. And it’s a perfect breakfast for me to snack on while at my desk. Still a little bit frozen so it gives you that cold feeling. And will last up to 3-4 hours and still stay fresh and cold. Any longer than that and certain fruits will start to feel mushy. I stick to berries, mostly, but my local grocery store here also has frozen pomegranates which are excellent. There’s some others that I make up for my wife in the top of the photo that are mangos with a little bit of other exotic fruit in there. I use different flavoured yoghurts almost every day so it doesn’t get boring. I used to do this with fresh but it ended up costing me over $150 a week. Haha.

    Delicious!

I think many of us would get more portions, but great job!

    Now I’m pining for a semi-grown berry!

Is each container supposed to be one breakfast? And then 2 yogurt containers on top of all that? I like my portions large, but hot damn that’s a lot of sugar

Fruit from the frozen section is a underutilized hack.

I do this with mangoes but not frozen they’re just super cheap near me, 2-3 cups with a cup of cocojune, plain or vanilla and a sprinkle of cinnamon goes crazy lol

  6. You could get bigger tubs of yogourt for a lot less. I eat basically the same thing but I use unsweetened yogourt and honey

Looks like you need a bit of portion control, that’s a lot of fruit in one sitting.

Stop at Costco get some paper you will be regular

  9. I mean, OP said they snack on this for hours. I could see bringing this for breakfast and lunch one day. That’s still far healthier than what most people eat at work. You should be berry proud of yourself

  10. Omg. I just had an idea. Line the bottom of each bowl with oatmeal.

I use cottage cheese, greek yogurt and the frozen fruit adding a banana. That gives me a good start to my day. 💞

In Australia this would be at least $100 worth of berries. I’m not joking.

  13. Jesus. I bet you have a red poo situation going on after all that.

That’s a fuckton of fruit for breakfast

is there a time frame for not frozen but not mushy? I don’t know if my teeth love the little bit frozen but i’d like to try regardless

How can you afford all these berries. Damn. Are you a bajillionaire

Why are people being insane in the comments lmao. ‘This is unhealthy’ bro it’s like 5-9 strawberries, maybe a large pomegranate worth of seeds, and what looks like a container worth’s of blueberries, and 200g yogurt. ‘It’s so high in sugar’ bruh it is literally fruit. Sugar in fruit isn’t the same as processed sugar. Y’all are acting like this dude is eating a tub of white sugar every morning.
