Looks delicious! How do you get the dough so crispy on the sides?

  3. H_Morgan_

I tried the cottage cheese hack to make “bagels” 😮‍💨 tore my stomach up. It was at least tasty though. 😆

  4. 450 calories for 70g of protein is actually insane

  5. Zealousideal-Oil2339

This is the best looking « healthier pizza » I’ve seen and those macros are insane , major props

Are you kidding me? Is my life about to change???

  7. banana2701

Does the crust stay crisp for you ? Every time I’ve made this , the crust gets superrrr soggy after I put the toppings on .

  8. The *crust* is cottage cheese and eggs? Holy shit that looks so good

  9. Oh never heard of eat lean cheese. Looks like it’s not in the US. Anyone have US available brands similar?!

You’ve unlocked a cheat code. Gotta try this out with turkey pepperoni as well

  11. Chemical-Course1454

Sorry, what is the base? It looks like dough but also it doesn’t

  12. Ok but this is going to be my new cheat meal because whoa

  13. I wish I could eat dairy :’-( this looks so good and those macros are insane

Love how floppy it is in image 3. I have definitely had that pizza. Ahhhh the stuff we eat in the name of being macro-friendly. 😍

I blend an egg and cottage cheese, then mix in a can of cooked chicken to the crust. Sounds weird but it makes a cross between pizza and chicken parm.

  16. plasmalightwave

I don’t understand, how do you make the dough/base? You blend the cottage cheese and the eggs and then..just spread out the mixture on parchment paper? Like in a circle?

I mean, if I can get it right as you did, a pizza for 445 cals and 70g protein would be the MOTHER of all hacks for volume.

  17. unassumingnpc

is the recipe you listed just for the crust part of the pizza ?

  18. nolimitpdot

Wow impressive, anyone have a video illustration for the recipe that I can follow

  19. M-Garylicious-Scott

This may be a stupid question, but is the dough just the cottage cheese and eggs?

  20. plasmalightwave

    1. How did you manage to pour the batter into a circle?
    2. So it’s 200C for 20 mins, flip, 200C for 10 mins, then add toppings and cook at 200C for 10 mins?

  21. No_FunFundie

Do you blend the pasta and the cottage cheese and etc? Is the pasta dry or wet? You need to be way more specific with this recipe lol

  22. Positive_Purchase868

    ***more detailed recipe:
    1. mix the cottage cheese and eggs / blend if you want a smoother texture
    2. add desired spices and mix
    3. pour onto baking paper
    4. cook at 200c for 20 mins or until crispy and golden
    5. flip and cook until the flipped side is golden also – this will make sure the base isn’t soggy and is crispy throughout
    6. add the toppings – passata and cheese etc – whatever toppings you like
    7. cook for additional 10 mins
    8. voilaaaa enjoyyyy

  23. newloser2013

Woah that’s crazy! How was the texture? Looks like it holds up well as a slice. I feel like I would expect it to crumble apart.

Also, did you have any leftovers? And if so, how did they store/reheat?

  24. C0gInDaMachine

Damn I may actually try this out this weekend

  25. You really should just look into vital wheat gluten for all bread like recipes. It’s like 90% protein and you can just replace the flour in any recipe. It’s also way more filling too

  26. The eater in me says yes, but tue lactose intolerant me is asking if it’s worth the pain later lmaoooo

  27. i don’t ever comment on posts but holy hell this is actually insane, it looks so good, it has crazy volume, and absolutely disgusting macros. This feels illegal.

  28. LittleBoiFound

This pizza looks amazing. It’s falling in the too good to be true category but I know you’re being honest. I doubt I’d be able to get my hands on the cheese but still! You are the Goddess (God) of volume eating!

  29. Realistic-Zone1473

wait why can’t i see the recipe whaaaaa? i really want the recipe and macros for the crust 🙁

  30. RavenWriter

Thank you for this! What exactly is tomato passata? Is it comparable to tomato purée?

  31. Distinct-Release1439

Cottage cheese is def a cheat code. I’ve never enjoyed it as a snack but stumbled on some recipes recently and it’s been a game changer!
