Breakfast= protein shake

Snack= 100grams strawberries and 100grams blackberries

Lunch= 2 ground turkey tacos w/ cheese and tapatio. Small mixed greens salad with grape tomatoes and Olive Garden Italian dressing.

Snack= Bowl of chicken veggie soup. Made from fresh chicken broth(of a Costco chicken carcass) gold potatoes, carrot, celery, broccoli, black bean, and shredded chicken breast.

Dinner= 2 medi tacos on crisped cheddar jack tortillas with shredded Costco chicken, mixed greens, grape tomatoes, sour cream and tapatio.
