    I wrote the title as an interpretation of an interpretation since I switched up some ingredients as I picked up everything at the closest American supermarket rather than making the trek to HMart. I used collard greens, potatoes, mushrooms, dried mushrooms, scallions, garlic and parsnip. Most irreverent was using pork ribs since I couldn’t find pork backbone. Still, it was really tasty.
