My easiest and lowest cal snack!! In reality, it’s much larger than it looks in the photo. I just heat up some konjac noodles (25 cals for the whole package), add spices (any works), including lemon garlic powder from Trader Joe’s, regular garlic powder, chicken seasoning and the final ingredient is sugar free teriyaki sauce (5cals/tbsp) of which I add roughly ~2 tbsps.
The grand total was 35cals and it perfectly satisfied my craving for cup noodles.
