
I found some vac bags of sausage ragu in the freezer, and some dried Malloreddus that I made with whole flour that I brought back from Italy.
It’s a bit of a mystery what it was, it may have been alla Campidanese, but I didn’t label it well.
Knocked together a wholesome and filling dish, nonetheless.
