The local store had a tinned fish tasting event, so of course I had to go. Lovely spread with 50 tins!! And all sorts of toppings and sauces and cheeses. I’m so full of fish. My favorite tin was the don bocarte anchovies, which have apple cider vinegar in them. Delicious. Had them on a cucumber with cheese. Excellent combo. I hope they hold another event like this soon. I asp had some Ria de Arosa mussels, which was my first time trying tinned mussels, and I was pleasantly surprised they were good!
