  3. Hello there Aysenur! I have made the smit bread once, but it did not turn out so good . I have to try it again. The pide bread looks easy to make and delicious too! I love Turkish cuisine but I think I need more patience when it comes to making a dough. I shall definitely try again and again. It has been a Turkish cuisine week in my house as I have cooked many of your recipes and they are so delicious. Thanks for your hard work and sharing with us these videos. God Bless you always. Love to all ❤️😘👏👏🌹🇲🇹

  4. Homemade simit and the bonus egg dish & the fluffy Ramadan pide looks scrumptious 😋 MashaAllah!

  5. Thank you very much for the video👏👏👏. Yes, bagels are boiled before baking. This step is key to achieving their characteristic texture. 🤗🤗🤗

  6. Assalamu Aalaikum!
    Happy Ramadan 🌟🌙
Very nice video of making dough, visiting in the simit bakery and the yummy recipe of the eggs and cheese.
    Best wishes to you ✨

  7. Do you ever use pomegranate molasses for the simit? I always have that and love the sour/sweet. Is grape molasses sweeter than the pomegranate or similar? Similar simit, ha!

  8. Hi Aysenur, I was wondering what sujook (I hope I’m spelling that right) is. You used it in the bonus recipe.
    P.S,
I smiled when you but the Nigella (Black ) seeds on the pide. I know I told you that I’m an herbal medicine student and I’ve written multiple papers for my classes on the benefits of those seeds for different conditions. Thanks again for another awesome video.❤

  9. When I visited Turkey last year I had Simit everywhere. It is one of the things I miss the most after coming back. Thank you for sharing the recipe❤

Please can you tell me the temperature in your kitchen? How warm does it have to be to get the dough to rise?
