📝Harira Ingredients (4 servings):
📌Protein:
• 200g lean beef or lamb, cut into small cubes
• 2 tbsp lentils (green or brown)
• 1 cup of chickpeas
📌Vegetables & Aromatics:
• 1 onion
• 4 tomatoes
• 1 celery stalk
• 1 bunch fresh coriander
• 1 bunch fresh parsley,
📌Spices & Seasoning:
• 1 tsp ground turmeric
• 1 tsp ground ginger
• ½ tsp ground black pepper
• ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
📌Liquids & Other:
• 1 tbsp salted butter
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1.2L water
• 2 tbsp corn flour (or whole wheat flour) diluted in 100ml water (for thickening)
