I loathe powdered PB. So I’d never suggest that garbage.
[Wonderspread is GOATED](https://www.ownyourhunger.com/product/wonderspread-pb/), however. Half the calories, low carb, tastes like Jif. They use EPG, the same low-cal fat replacement in Nick’s ice cream that gives such good texture.
You can also get on a mailing list and get the opportunity to order 2 jars of their version of Nutella once a month. Absolutely out of this world. The little squares are amazing 100-calorie low carb treats as well.
It’s not cheap, but worth every single penny to me.

If you’re using it as a dip for fruit, I have found that melting it and then drizzling it over the fruit (or whatever else you want it on) lets you use a lot less while still having that peanut butter-y goodness on everything! I can use about half the amount I’d use for dipping as a drizzle and still feel satisfied with it, personally.

There is a low calorie option! Why don’t you use 1/2 pb fit and 1/2 peanut butter?

If you don’t like powdered stuff and you are using as a dip, I would try cutting it with some Greek yogurt 50/50.

Maybe you could melt the peanut butter and put it in vanilla yogurt or even whipped up cottage cheese? Or mix it into a no sugar pudding?
