Hey guys, for some reason I really need to know what piece of beef this is. Is it possible to tell from the picture ? Would be great… Thanks y'all.

    That looks like either skirt or flank steak to me.

    Skirt steak. Well trimmed. Or maybe inside skirt. It’s a fantastic cut. Very popular at our restaurant.

    Impossible to tell from the picture I think but I will guess . Probably some type of pot roast like a chuck. Maybe a corned brisket flat?

    I’d guess an incorrectly cut skirt. Looks to be cut with grain but should be thin sliced cross grain.

    Skirt/hanger or sirloin flap could honestly be either one. It could also be flank steak, but it looks more like one the first 3.
