It’s not easy to describe a perfect experience: Takaaki Sugita is only using the best and freshest ingredients and his skills are unmatched. Every single piece from otsumami – including his signature maki roll – to nigiris is to die for. An experience every foodie should enjoy at one point!

I’m going to Japan in september and it Seems difficult to get reservations. I had my eye on this place as Well. How did you get a booking?
