I don’t know what a sugar angel for icing smiles means but I think you’re well on your way. The piping here is impressive to my eye. The colors and design choice sing spring to me. The only place I think your piping falls short is the buttercream lemons, which I only bring up because you specifically asked. I think the cake is perfection without them. I feel like the lemons should be more 3d and the dots for texture don’t quite work. But that is honestly just nitpicking critique because I would be please as punch to receive a cake that pretty.
