Got a cheap KingChii on clearance a few months ago and finally had a decent enough day and the time, so I thought I’d try out doing some ribs. I’ve done a pork butt and a turkey breast that both came out great, so I was excited to do some ribs.
Basic dry rub, 45 mins on smoke then another 4.5ish hours at 250. Mopped em twice with an apple cider vinegar based mop juice.

I’m in Memphis and they were just as good as, if not better than, any of the places in town.

    Looks good. I am getting ready to do ribs for the first time, I hope they come out as good.
