I didn’t make this burger! But I will be trying to do a replica in a couple weeks. I bought it from Third Window in Santa Barbara CA. It’s a special this week for Burger Week, run by our local paper. They serve an incredible smash burger normally. Moos in LA has a similar burger always on their menu that I’ve had before and I prefer this one.
The wagyu beef and red/white oak come from the family’s ranch a few miles north of Santa Barbara.
