
Hey guys, I just started keto a week ago. I fast 18:6 and wanted to share a recipe I made last night to know what you guys think of it.
Salmon, spinach and cheese scrambled eggs: 5 medium eggs, 200g smomed salmon, 170g spinach, 50g cheddar cheese cooked in 30g of ghee. Add a bit a of tabasco for a little kick and it's delicious.
I am already feeling mentally better and I can see my weight dropping 🙂
I know these are large quantity but keep in mind I am doing OMAD.
