I have had something like this. The crust squirts pepperoni grease when you bite into but it’s also hard at the bottom because it has been basically frying. But higher up the dough feels raw (it’s not), like a focaccia with too much oil.
One bite is nice. Might be able to handle a slice but you won’t feel great. Eat until you’re full and you’re out of commission for hours.
