Ingredients:

Chocolate base:
– Chocolate protein isolate: 2 tablespoons (¾ oz or 20 g)
– Cocoa powder (100%): 1 tablespoon (⅓ oz or 10 g)
– Coconut oil: 1 tablespoon (½ oz or 15 g)
– Stevia syrup: 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
– Water: 2 tablespoons (1.2 oz or 35 g)

Peanut filling:
– Powdered peanut butter: 4 tablespoons (1½ oz or 40 g)
– Stevia syrup: 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
– Water: 3 tablespoons (1.8 oz or 50 g)

Instructions:
1. Mix the chocolate protein isolate, cocoa powder, coconut oil, stevia syrup, and water to create the chocolate base. Stir until thick and smooth.
2. For the filling, combine powdered peanut butter with stevia syrup and water. Add water gradually, stirring until the mixture is creamy and spreadable.
3. Layer the chocolate base, peanut filling, and another layer of chocolate in molds. Smooth each layer with a spoon dipped in water.
4. Freeze for 30–60 minutes until firm.

Sounds fun, but I have to special order pb2 so I have never used it

If you want to mail me some, of course I’ll try it

I’ve made something like this before too but with less processed ingredients.

I used lilys chocolate chips, Oikos triple zero vanilla and PB2

I grabbed a mold and melted the lily’s chocolate chips then put that in the mold, and made sure all the sides were covered. Then put in freezer

Then I mixed PB2 with the yogurt so it was a thicker consistency and put that in the mold once the chocolate was frozen. Then put more melted chocolate on the top.

Slightly less protein but less processed that protein powder in a way

You can also probably add zero sugar chocolate pudding mix to the yogurt and pb2 mixture if you’d like.

This could possibly be an easier and cheaper alternative

  3. I have everything except for the syrup so I’ll try these after a grocery run. I’m excited.
