I never really got very into bread making, but recently really started wanting to explore it again. After a long hiatus from baking I was inspired by a lot of the posts I've seen in breadit to go ahead and try again.

3 cups of bread flour 1 1/2 cups warm water 1 tsp sugar 2 1/4 tsp yeast 2 tsp salt.
Activated the yeast, combined all ingredients in a stand mixer for about 5 minutes, turned up the speed to medium low to knead for another 5. Coated the dough in olive. Let rise for 1 hour, folding the bread half way through. Dusted with flour on the counter, shaped the loaf, let rest for 20 minutes then scored. Baked at 450° for 35 minutes.
