    You could always go Galician style and have it warmed, atop some sliced boiled potatoes with a sprinkle of sweet paprika.
    Or daywithmei has this nice Tinned octopus Aguachile recipe on her website 🙂
    Or even in a pasta, using up that olive oil as a base for a sauce. Excited to see what you end up doing 🫶

    I’ve sautéed that octopus before in the oil from the tin with a bunch of minced garlic and smoked paprika and served it with crusty bread smeared with grated tomato
