Honey garlic rub marinated overnight, smoked for 3 hours. Pulled off smoker and drizzled with homemade glaze. ( 1 cup apple juice, 6 tablespoons honey, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 4 tablespoons honey/garlic rub, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 4 tablespoons rosemary . Bring to boil and then simmer for 15-20 minutes to reduce and thickens.

  3. If I may suggest…. My favorite is “Gordon’s Grub Rub”….
    I season the loin up very well the night before and foil wrap in the fridge.
    When ready to cook, unwrap, drain off excess juice, reseason, and cook just like you did this one !!
    When it’s my time to host the poker, it’s always the request !!!!
