Their sour cream is actually a can of Crema Mexicana. Walmart has it here in Texas next to the cheese Queso Fresco.

Why heat up the black beans if you are going to put them in the fridge anyway?
The savings might not seem like that much until you figure out the difference of one meal out for a family. Add in the cost of drinks and it becomes a big difference.

It's definitely worth the effort. The last time I ate at a Chipotle (2022 Stratham, NH) it was so bad that I couldn't even finish my bowl. I could tell that the food had been sitting around for days. Gross, and I paid them over $12 for the privilege of creating food waste.
Can you freeze it? Cause there's no way I'd eat all of that before it went bad in the fridge
Also buying the bag of black beans can also save money.
