It doesnโ€™t seem like much, but it was a whole lot of prepping ingredients, I guess. Hereโ€™s what I came up with + my quality inspectors at the end!

    Breakfast:
    Hash brown casserole (bell peppers, cheddar, bacon, egg, salt, pepper garlic)
    Yogurt

    Lunch:
    chicken curry (https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1017746-meera-sodhas-chicken-curry),
    Rice,
    Vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, turmeric, saffron, salt, garlic)

    Snacks:
    Smoothie pouches (strawberry, banana, orange, mango),
    Meatballs, cheddar cheese,
    Veggies tossed in a sub dressing

    I eat an Oikos also, those cups are pretty filling

    You can make crockpot tikka masala and rice without effort btw also donโ€™t cook the meats and veggies separately, it takes way too much time. I used to meal prep for keto people for money and learned that soups are the easiest way to get everything you need and you can always eat it along with some rice
