I eat an Oikos also, those cups are pretty filling

You can make crockpot tikka masala and rice without effort btw also donโt cook the meats and veggies separately, it takes way too much time. I used to meal prep for keto people for money and learned that soups are the easiest way to get everything you need and you can always eat it along with some rice
