    Ingredients

    4 cups sprouted rolled oats
    3 tbsp cinnamon
    3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup melted coconut oil (I’ve heard that olive oil works too)
1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey—Simply Nature Organic Honey at Aldi is a steal!)
    2 handfuls coconut flakes
    Instructions

Preheat your oven at 350 degrees.

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until everything is evenly coated.

Spread the mixture out on a baking sheet (I like to line mine with parchment paper for easy cleanup).
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
Let it cool completely before breaking it apart into clusters.

  2. Help! How do you come out to 1.30 a cup? There’s 6 cups at 31.32. 31.32 divided by 6 is 5.22. what am I not getting?
