I've been out of this for awhile and finally ordered some more. This mustard amazes me ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™Œ I could eat it straight. It elevates sauces, dip, dressings, marinades, sandwiches. You don't need much. Once you've tried this Grey Poupon goes straight in the TRASH. ๐Ÿšฎ

Plain (no herbs) Edmond Fallot Dijon is available at Whole Foods and Metropolitan Market in my area, but it's pricey. For flavors look online. I like tarragon and basil.

Maille is an easier to find and less expensive option for Dijon.
