I made lasagna noodles using my starter! It was fun and they turned out well! I was so worried the noodles would have a weird texture or be soggy but they ended up great! Links are recipe for the noodles and lasagna both by the same person. Both recipes were so simple and don't require a lot of ingredients and no fancy weird ingredients!

Looks delicious! Just curious, do the noodles have a sourdough flavor?
EDIT: I used spicy sausage instead of ground beef. I do that for all spaghetti like dishes and it’s been a game changer!
