I prepared lunch for family yesterday and was told this was too raw. Is it just a taste thing or could it do with more cooking?

  1. Well, 38C is technically raw, doesn’t mean it can’t be good. Steak tartare is an example.

This is how I cook it when the wife is out of town 😜

Thank you for this. I Was just showing someone else the absurdity that is what people interpret as different oneness of steaks.

I always think that I need to adjust my color settings because what they think is one oneness, I believe to be something else.

  6. I don’t get the issue with people posting those posts. If mommy or whoever doesn’t like it, it won’t take much to adjust their serving. I do it all the time. If someone is having dinner here I ask each person how they like it. I am very happy to do that because I want them to enjoy it as much as I do.

We’re here for you and they don’t know what they’re talking about.

That is the perfect doneness for me.

About a minute more on each side and we are all good.

for all the complains about rare food and whatnot, this post is just completely off topic. much more egregious than an “improperly” prepared steak to be honest.

My husband’s cousin order at a steakhouse is “Just bring me a cow and a knife!” 🤣

Disgusting. Allow me to stop over so I can properly dispose of that…..in my 4 stomachs
