This is a quick and easy pizza dough base. The dough is airy and soft when cooked, crispy underneath! This recipe makes 2 doughs. It freezes well too for a rainy day! You can check out the full pizza recipe with my own homemade sauce for the base on my channel.

3 cups plain flour
5g instant dry yeast
2 tsp fine salt
1.5 cups lukewarm water
2 tbs olive oil
