This is my first smoker and I am hooked. Figured wings would be the easiest to dip my toes in. Turned out incredible! 225° for 2 hours and 5 minutes at 425°. Amazing. I'm absolutely hooked!

  1. Dude. If you took those off the grill, and threw em into shallow high heat oil and gave em a quick flash fry before tossing in sauce? Then you’ll never order wings again you make em too good

    A flash fry or an air fry would definitely give those already awesome wings a great texture. It would crisp the skin, the reason only a flash fry or quick cook is needed is because you’re only looking for the exterior to get the desired texture not cook it too much further. It really does go a long way and honestly wings are super forgiving and tough to overcook. I always fry and char grill my wings or smoke then fry them. It’s awesome.
