I made the viral cottage cheese bagels with no flour. I’m surprised at how good they are! Has anyone else tried making these?
Ingredients: • 5.3 oz (150 g) cottage cheese • 1 egg • ½ tsp baking powder • A pinch of salt • 0.3 oz (8 g) psyllium husk • 2.6 oz (75 g) oat flour • Sesame or pumpkin seeds (optional)

75 g of oat flour doesn’t seem like “no flour”. Having said that, these look intriguing.

I tried to make these before with flour. I found I went way over the advertised calories because the dough was so damn sticky I kept having to add flour to make it workable.
I also boiled them before baking like a traditional bagel before baking. They tasted good, but were incredibly dense, but not worth almost 300kc a bagel so I threw them out. I’m tempted to try this recipe instead.
