As a sweden nay. This is instagram levels of sushi. If someone brought me this plate i would ask “did i order a salad?”
Especially for the plate furthest away from the camera.
Sushi should look simple and elegant. If you need to bury your pieces in decoration i assume the sushi is complete shiet.

Swedish style sushi is the reason I decided to learn how to make sushi myself at home 😂 Not that it’s bad at all but I prefer the traditional simple pieces and that is very hard to find here.
