I make everything bagel seasoning crackers with my discard and it’s my new favorite thing:
200g sourdough discard
100 g flour
4 tbs melted butter or olive oil
40g everything bagel seasoning (or however much you want)
Mix everything well, let it hydrate for a half hour, roll it out as thin as you can get it, cut it with a pizza cutter, dock it with a fork, bake it 30-40 minutes at 350F.

Very very cool! Going to try that. My crackers look more like King Tut skin and are really good a cutting the roof of your mouth. Nice !
