…I didn't find much online about error code 1760 "Machine is too hot", other than someone suggesting to maybe give it a deep clean before calling customer service. In doing so, I spotted this weird, hard black stuff. I'm not sure if it's melted plastic (so yes in fact – machine too hot!) or if it's something else entirely. The machine is 6 months old & I make 1 cup a day – not sure how it managed to overheat itself 🙁 thank you in advance!
