Some time ago, a local here asked where to buy the best chicken caesar wraps in Toronto. So many of you piped in, "Make your own!" I don't know why, but that idea had never occurred to me before. I had to try. Damn! So good!

Fresh Gourmet Crispy onions (1/3) $2/ FG Caesar croutons (1/3) $2
Tres Stella parmesan block (hand grated <1/3) $5
$45 or $4.5 each.
I season with pepper, some Lawreys, and wrap in parchment paper.
These look goooood.
Putting everything in the leaf and then wrapping it up is genius!
