Cannot explain what a life-saver these jelly pots have been, there are quite a few flavours but cherry bakewell is THE one. The flavour and taste is so good that I know I’ll keep downing them long after I’m the weight I want to be. It completely fulfils my desire for a sweet treat after every meal and I’m surprised it’s not mentioned here more often! I don’t know if it’s only available in the U.K. though?

These, the swirly ice lollies that are 35cal each, and aero mousse have all been crazy low cal finds!!!!
I typically go for the 35cal popsicle thingies because they’re super flavorful & whenever I tried the Hartleys jelly stuff it would be good up until the bottom where you get all those crappy little sandy bits. So those are my uk recommendations for more low cal stuff! I can’t remember the name of the popsicles but they’re pink and green and they’re swirly and they come in a multipack box.
