Family friendly and affordable meal in under 30 minutes.

This gnocchi is also good for quick chicken and dumplings. See the method below:

Boil 6 cups chicken broth (store bought, canned, or make your own by adding 1 tsp of chicken bouillon to every 1 cup of water and mix)
Add 2 packages of gnocchi
Add 2-3 cups of shredded rotisserie chicken or boiled chicken shredded
Frozen peas and carrots if desired
salt and pepper to taste
If thickening is needed, mix 1 heaping TBSP of cornstarch to 4 TBSP of water, mix, and add to the pot while boiling, OR you can add a small amount of instant mashed potatoes as a thickener instead.
