This restaurant was called Ju Bang Jang Korean, in Bayside NY. We had:
Ban chan. Stir-fried bulgogi with rice. Spicy beef soup.
I like how banchan isn't always the same at every restaurant. The soup was great, and very spicy if I recall correctly.

That sounds like a delicious spread! 😋 I agree, the variety of banchan is always a fun surprise, and it’s great how every restaurant puts its own spin on it. Stir-fried bulgogi and spicy beef soup are such comforting dishes! The spicy soup must’ve really added a nice kick to the meal. 🌶️
